ZWIEGER OBSIDIAN 28cm non-stick frying pan GREBLON C3

The robust OBSIDIAN frying pan by Zwieger made of cast aluminium. The inner part of the pan is coated with the innovative three-layer coating Greblon. C3+ non-stick from WEILBURGER. The Zwieger frying pan conducts and accumulates heat perfectly. Due to its outstanding scratch resistance properties, this coating is used in top-class cookware. Our pans can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs. The maximum operating temperature is 220 degrees C. The handle is made of POM material, which does not conduct heat, and has a special soft touch coating for a comfortable and secure grip.

Do not clean in the dishwasher. Silicone, nylon or wooden kitchen accessories are recommended for working with the pan.
