PACKING OF SHIPMENTS

We are aware that the products we sell are delicate, which is why we pay great attention to protecting them properly. Each product is protected by bubble wrap. We then fill the parcel with cardboard filler. The package is then wrapped in bubble wrap and stretch foil. We label the parcel with warnings about the fragile content.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If the parcel appears to be damaged, draw up a damage report with the courier or select the "claim" option on the Parcel Post and put the parcel back in the box. If the damage was not visible upon receipt, you can draw up a damage report within 7 days. Remember to enclose the document with your claim or return form.
