What are the integration possibilities?
We have ready-to-use integrations with Baselinker, Redcart, IdoSell, Sky-Shop, Selesto and many other platforms. We also guarantee the universal possibility of integration via API using csv and xml files.
Does MONDEX undertake to accept returns directly from the customer?
MONDEX does not accept returns directly from customers. There is an arrangement to accept returns of full-value goods once a month for an additional service charge.
Do you undertake to accept complaints directly from the customer?
We handle the complaint on your behalf and cover the costs of the complaint.
What is the lead time for dispatch?
The standard lead time is 24 hours.
Is it possible to send my own consignment note?
Shipping is mainly done on your waybills.
What courier companies do you use?
We offer the possibility to use the MONDEX offer for DHL courier services.
Do you handle cash on delivery? If so, in what time frame are they billed?
We do not handle cash on delivery shipments sent via DHL courier as part of the MONDEX offer.
What is the cost of delivery in the dropshipping model?
The delivery cost is €9.
How are the documents issued?
We issue one invoice per day for all orders completed on a given day.
By what time do I need to place my order for it to be fulfilled the same day?
We dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on the volume of the day. The standard shipping time is 24 hours and the maximum is 3 days.
Can I use photos and product’s descriptions?
Yes, of course. We provide full product specifications, descriptions and photos.
From what sales threshold can I get a discount?
We provide a starter discount from the beginning of the cooperation.
What can I do to make our cooperation work well?
We are open to your initiatives and suggestions. We are happy to participate in advertising campaigns to support sales in partners' shops
What do I need to do to get started?
