We mentioned that different foods are best cut on different chopping board materials. What does this look like in practice?

- For cutting bread, choose a wooden board, which provides stability and does not dull knife blades, thus prolonging their life,

- Meat is safest to cut on a bamboo board, as this material is not prone to bacterial growth and is easy to clean,

- for vegetables, both a wooden and a bamboo cutting board will work well, as both are safe for the blades.
