All orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours. If the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the processing time is counted from the next business day. The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. The estimated delivery date is visible during the checkout process when selecting the shipping method.

We only collaborate with the best shipping companies. Our partners are DHL, DPD, GLS, InPost, Poczta Polska, Orlen Paczka, and Suus. You can also pick up your order in person at stores in Olsztyn and Ostróda.

We accept credit cards, instant payments, and BLIK. You can also pay for the order in cash to the courier or with BLIK at a parcel locker.

Each product is thoroughly checked before shipment by at least two people. It is then secured with bubble wrap and stretch film. Each box is filled with perforated cardboard. Finally, the package is wrapped with an additional layer of bubble wrap and stretch film. A warning tape and information about the contents are placed on the package.

If there are several patterns or colors visible in the product photo, you can make your selection by entering a comment on the order in the third step of the process.

Of course, for an additional fee, we will wrap your order in decorative paper and include a note from you.

For each order, we issue a personal invoice or an invoice with a VAT number and send it electronically.

Regardless of whether you are a Consumer or a Business, you can return products within 30 days without giving a reason. The return of most products is completely free for Consumers.
