Which coffee cups do we differentiate between?

Coffee cups are divided into several available variants. Each has a different capacity and purpose. That's why we encourage you to stock up on different cup models, because you never know what kind of coffee you'll be in the mood for!

We can distinguish between:

- espresso cups, which are small, thick vessels with a capacity of 60-90 ml,

- cappuccino cups, with a capacity of 150-180 ml,

- latte cups - glass receptacles holding 200-300 ml of the beverage,

- large breakfast cups of 250-300 ml, which are ideal not only for morning coffee but also for cocoa.

You may notice that dishes are available in a variety of materials, including porcelain, ceramic and glass. Our range includes the Van Gogh Sunflower 80 ml espresso cup with saucer, the PETER 280 ml borosilicate glass cup, which will also work well for other hot brews.

Tea cups - what characterises them?

Tea cups are a slightly different type than those for coffee. Why? There are several characteristics that set them apart. It is worth knowing that:

- they usually have a capacity of 200-300 ml,

- they have a wide neck that tapers downwards,

- they are often wider and rounder than coffee cups,

- the porcelain of which tea cups are made is thinner, and glass is more popular.

These determinants will allow you to easily and quickly distinguish between the dishes when shopping. Another valuable tip is that you can often find tea cups in a set with an infusion pot. They then form a so-called tea service, which is also an interesting and practical gift idea. And what is the difference between tea cups and tea mugs? The former are usually made of fine porcelain and also have a different shape - wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. Mugs, on the other hand, are more massive and can be made of other materials, such as stoneware. As far as our range is concerned, we recommend, for example, the JUMBO 450 ml ORNAMENT MINT cup complete with saucer. It is a minimalist colour accent that will enrich your collection. We also encourage you to take a look at the other products in our range. We make sure that everyone finds what they need. Take a look around and choose the coffee or tea cup of your dreams.
