How to earn points

The order value is the gross product price excluding delivery. Points are added once the order has been shipped.
Tier validity and rules
A tier is valid for 6 months from the date it is granted or renewed. It renews if you reach your tier threshold in that time (100 / 400 / 750 points). If not, you move down one tier.
The discount is applied automatically once you are signed in. You will see it in the cart as "MONDEX Home Club". It does not apply to products that are already discounted.
A return means the points earned for that order are deducted.
The programme applies to consumer purchases in the MONDEX online store. The in-store programme (app) runs separately.
